Yes, you can unlink a room from its connected Airbnb listing at any time within BedBooking.
Go to Menu > Sales channels > Airbnb:
There, you'll see a list of connected rooms. Click the red X icon next to the room you want to disconnect:
Once the connection is removed, that room will no longer sync data with Airbnb.
