Setting Room Taxes in Airbnb

If you're using the BedBooking integration with Airbnb, you can add or modify the taxes that apply when a guest books a specific room. All settings are available in the Airbnb Room Edit window.

How to open the Airbnb Room Edit window

1. Go to Menu > Sales channels > Airbnb:

2. Find the room for which you want to set taxes and click the grey pencil icon on the right:

📌 If you see a green plus instead of a pencil, the room is not yet linked. Please follow the linking process described in this article: 🎥 Airbnb and BedBooking integration.

Taxes Tab (Third tab in the room edit window)

In the Airbnb Room Edit window, open the third tab called Taxes:

Here you'll find a list of taxes that apply when a guest books the room via Airbnb. You can:

  • Add a new tax by clicking the green plus:

  • Delete a tax by clicking the red trash bin:

Available tax options

For each tax, you can configure:

  • Tax type – choose from the options supported by Airbnb

    • Percentage of reservation

    • Fee per guest
