To set up fees for your Airbnb room, go to Menu > Sales channels > Airbnb in the BedBooking app:
Click the grey pencil icon next to the Airbnb room you want to edit:
If you see a green plus icon, the room is not yet connected. First, complete the process described in the 🎥 Airbnb and BedBooking integration article.
In the Airbnb room editing window, go to the fourth tab Fees:
Here, you can add or edit fees that will be automatically applied to Airbnb reservations.
Click the green plus icon to add a new fee:
Each fee includes the following settings:

Fee type – choose a category available in Airbnb.

Amount type:

Percentage – a percentage of the total reservation price.

Flat – a set amount in the room’s currency.

Amount – depending on the amount type.

Charge type:
-
Per person – multiplied by the number of guests.

Per group – one charge per booking.
-

Payment method:
-
Online – collected by Airbnb during booking.

On Place – paid directly to the host.
