Yes. We care about the security of our users’ data and perform automatic backups.
If you make manual changes, such as deleting a reservation or a room, in some cases we may be able to restore the data.
Reservation restoration
We cannot restore individual, manually deleted reservations. If you delete a reservation, it cannot be recovered. We recommend always setting the reservation status to Cancelled instead. That way, you can restore the reservation yourself at any time.

Room restoration
- We cannot guarantee full data completeness. When restoring a room, we will do our best to also restore related reservations, but in some cases, part of the data may not load correctly.
- Make sure to delete a room only if you’re certain it’s no longer needed. If in doubt, do not delete it.
What can you do to protect your data?
Regularly sync the mobile app.
In offline mode, data is stored only locally on your device. If your device is lost or damaged, unsynced reservations cannot be recovered.
Pay attention to sync error messages.
If the app displays sync issues, read the message and take appropriate action. Regular syncing is the easiest way to secure your data.
