Depending on where you purchased your subscription, the VAT invoice is issued by a different vendor. Below you’ll find instructions based on the payment method used:
Invoice for a subscription purchased via the BedBooking order form
If you purchased access to BedBooking directly through the BedBooking order form (on the website), the VAT invoice is automatically sent to the email address provided in the form right after the online payment is processed.
📌 The invoice email may be sent to a different address than the one linked to your BedBooking account - double-check the email you entered in the order form!
Didn’t receive the invoice?
1. Check your inbox and spam folder for the email address used in the order.
2. Still missing it? Contact us via the support form and provide:

Brief order details (date, amount, payment method)

Subscription purchased in the mobile app
Google Play (Android)
If the purchase was made via Google Play, Google is the seller.

If the purchase was made via the App Store, Apple is the seller.
