Problem purchasing a Plan through the browser (directly via BedBooking)

If you're trying to pay for the Plan through the BedBooking browser application and the payment was declined, it may be due to:

  • outdated card information (e.g. expired card),

  • incorrect card number or CVC code,

  • mismatched billing details (not matching your bank's records),

  • technical issue - try using a different browser or device.
