1. Check if the online payment method is disabled
Go to:
Main menu > Reservation system > Payment methods
Make sure the selected payment method (e.g., Przelewy24, PayPal, Dotpay) is active.
2. Check the configuration data
Verify that all required details have been entered correctly:

User ID

PIN
-
API Password
-
Other credentials required by the payment provider
Even a small typo can prevent the payment from working.
3. Check if the payment provider is experiencing an outage
Sometimes, a payment provider (e.g., Przelewy24) may have a temporary technical issue. Check:

The provider’s service status page

Any communication from the provider

Whether you've received an email informing you of technical problems
4. Check if the issue is related to your payment account
If you're unsure, contact the provider directly:

5. Check the payment timeout setting
A very short time limit might prevent guests from completing the payment. If you set it to 1 minute, try increasing it to 15 minutes.
