Reservations marked with the status of Cancelled, unlike deleted reservations, are available in the list of cancelled reservations. You can freely view, restore and modify them.
How to search for cancelled reservations?
1. Go to the Bookings tab [1] - Reservation list [2], and then select the list of cancelled reservations [3].
Search for a reservation by the date it was created. For example:
John Smith made a reservation in January for a stay in June, but canceled the reservation. To find John Smith's reservation, look for it in the list of January reservations.
You can use filtering by the date of booking [1] and sorting the bookings in the list from the date of stay or the date the booking was added [2].
How to restore a canceled reservation?
1. Go to the Bookings tab [1] - Reservation list [2], and then select the list of cancelled reservations [3].
2. After finding the canceled reservation you want to restore, expand the list of statuses [4] and select the current status [5] from the list.
3. The reservation will be restored to the calendar and the date will again become unavailable to other guests.
