Does the application automatically send e-mails to clients?

The current version of the BedBooking app automatically sends messages to guests only in one case: when the guest makes a reservation via the Reservation system. Example of an automatic message: reservation confirmation after booking through the Reservation system.

What about other situations?

For other actions in the system, such as:

  • changing the reservation status from No payment to Deposit paid,

  • updating reservation details,

  • sending a payment reminder

The app does not send messages automatically. In such cases, you can use predefined message templates and send them manually.

How to send a message manually?

1. Open the selected reservation in the calendar.

2. Click the envelope icon to open the message view.

3. Choose one of the available message templates.

4. Click Send.
