Synchronization frequency with Booking.com

The connection between Booking.com and BedBooking ensures two-way data synchronization:

  • Export - sending information to Booking.com occurs immediately after any changes are made in the BedBooking application related to a particular property, for example:
    • Adding a new reservation - manually, from the Reservation System, from Airbnb, or via iCalendar
    • Changing the date, cancelling or deleting a reservation, transferring a reservation to another room
    • Entering or editing prices and availability restrictions in the Price list
  • Import - downloading Booking.com reservations occurs every 1 minute

Please remember that the Booking.com connection is a feature available in paid BedBooking Plans. If your Plan expires while using the Booking.com connection, synchronization will be suspended. In this case, guests will not be able to make reservations on Booking.com. This will prevent overbooking at your property due to the inability to check availability.

However, if you had prices filled in the Extranet before connecting to BedBooking, availability will still be open based on the prices previously filled in the Extranet before the connection. It is worth paying attention to this so that you do not sell accommodation at a price that may no longer be valid.

Extending access by purchasing the BedBooking Plan will automatically resume data synchronization and enable booking through Booking.com.
