Does your integration look different? Launch a new Price list, that allows you to add separate pricing for BedBooking and Booking.com. Learn about our new functionality by reading the article: What changes have been made to the new Price list?
You are continuing to use the old Price List, check out this article: 🎥 How to connect Booking.com with BedBooking? (previous Price list)
Connecting your Booking.com property to BedBooking allows for a two-way exchange of data, which prevents overbooking and helps save your time by not having to manually update your calendar. With the connection, you can also manage Booking.com pricing from within the BedBooking app.
The Booking.com property connection process includes just a few steps:
-
Connecting property
The first step is to add your Booking.com property in the BedBooking app. To do this, go to the Booking.com connection setup, which you will find in the BedBooking app menu under Sales channels.
Click Connect property, then enter the Booking.com property ID you found in your Extranet and press Next.

💡 If you have already selected BedBooking as your connectivity provider, skip this step by checking “Extranet property indicated” and then Next.
To proceed to the next step, click Go to Extranet. Log in and give your consent to share data with BedBooking as your Channel manager.
Pay attention to the last consent Extranet access, it is not mandatory, but we recommend you to select it. In case of any problems, our Customer Service team will be able to verify your connection.
Once you have designated BedBooking as your Channel manager and agreed to share your data, return to your BedBooking account and select BedBooking has been indicated as the Connectivity provider and then Next.
Wait a while for your request to be processed correctly.
If the connection was successfully completed, you will see a screen from which you can proceed to configure your object. To do so, simply click Go to configuration
- Edit property
The configuration process includes three tabs:
- Currency
Make sure BedBooking's currency matches Booking.com's currency. How to change the currency in BedBooking?
- Room mapping
Link your BedBooking rooms to the corresponding Booking.com rooms. Remember that they must have the same capacity. Be sure to link each Booking.com room to the corresponding BedBooking room to avoid problems with bookings and room availability.
Can't see a room of your choice in the list? It means that there is no room with the same capacity on your BedBooking calendar. Remember that a 2+2 room (two people plus two extra beds) is not the same as a 4-bed room. Set the room as a 4-bed room, and manage the extra beds in Booking.com Extranet.
- Synchronization
Are you a new user and haven't manually transferred Booking.com bookings to BedBooking until now? Check the Download bookings from Booking.com option if you want all the ongoing or future bookings from Booking.com to be downloaded to your BedBooking calendar when you initiate a connection. Go to the article to learn more.
Then click Confirm configuration completion.
The configuration is complete, wait a moment for your Booking.com account to integrate with BedBooking.
During the integration activation and first synchronization, bookings from Booking.com will be downloaded to the BedBooking calendar. If on the date of any Booking.com reservation, there was a BedBooking reservation, the BedBooking reservation will be canceled. Cancelled reservations can be found in the Reservation List, which is located in the BedBooking application menu under the Bookings tab.
When you activate your connection, Booking.com prices and availability restrictions will also be imported. You can easily manage them in BedBooking from now on.
Once the connection is created, the property has an Active status. This means that a two-way data exchange between Booking.com and BedBooking is activated.
