If, for any reason, you decide to terminate the partnership between BedBooking and Booking.com, this process must be carried out directly in the Booking.com Extranet dashboard.
Step-by-step disconnection instructions
Log in to your Booking.com Extranet account, then follow these steps:
Click the account icon [1] in the upper-right corner of the panel.
Select a Connectivity provider [2].
Click the Disconnect button [3].
Important information after disconnecting
When does the connection stop working? Data synchronization (prices, availability, and restrictions) is immediately interrupted when you click the “Disconnect” button in the Extranet. From that moment on, the two systems stop exchanging any information with each other.
Why do I still see the connection in the BedBooking app? There may be instances where, even though you’ve successfully disconnected the connection in the Booking.com dashboard, the integration status in your BedBooking app still shows as active.
- This is because permanently removing the link from our system requires manual confirmation by the BedBooking Support team, which may take up to 2 business days.
- Please note: Although the connection icon may still be visible, your data is no longer being synced.
