If there has been an automatic logout, or you have an active session (you are logged into the BedBooking application) and you have been logged out of it, it may mean that:
- Your employee account has been deleted by the BedBooking System Administrator (the owner of the accommodation facility or his/her designee for granting permissions).
- The administrator of the BedBooking system (the owner of the accommodation facility) has expired Premium subscription.
- You did not grant yourself a password to your account through the email sent by the BedBooking system Administrator (owner of the accommodation facility). Be sure to check your mailbox.
If you have verified the above suggestions and still cannot find the reason why you cannot log in, please contact us - support@bed-booking.com.
