What happens when the subscription with Booking.com, Airbnb or iCalendar integration expires?

When your BedBooking subscription expires, access to some features will be restricted. If you had active integration with Airbnb, Booking.com, or another sales channel via iCalendar, the data synchronization will be automatically disabled.

What does this mean in practice?

  • New reservations from these portals will not appear in BedBooking, increasing the risk of overbooking.

  • Reservations modified or canceled on portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) will no longer sync with your BedBooking calendar.

  • Reservations added to BedBooking will not block availability on other channels.

  • If a guest cancels a reservation on Airbnb, you will no longer receive this information in BedBooking and you will lose the ability to cancel it yourself in the BedBooking app.

How to restore synchronization?

To reactivate synchronization with Booking.com, Airbnb, or iCalendar:

1. Renew your Plan subscription - Purchasing BedBooking Plans - everything you need to know

2. Synchronization will be automatically restored after payment.

Remember: If you're using OTA channels (Booking.com, Airbnb), keeping synchronization active is key to avoiding errors, booking conflicts, and guest dissatisfaction.
