REMOVING A ROOM CONNECTED TO BOOKING.COM
If you’re unable to delete a room, check whether it is connected to Booking.com.
Step 1: Check if the room is connected to Booking.com
In the Calendar, you can directly see whether a room is linked to any sales channel.
Step 2: Remove the room directly in Booking.com
If the room is connected to Booking.com, it cannot be deleted from BedBooking.
1. First, delete the room in the Booking.com Extranet.
2. Then, synchronize your data in BedBooking. This will update the system and allow you to delete the room in BedBooking if possible.
Alternative: Disable the entire integration with Booking.com
If you can't delete the room in the Booking.com Extranet for any reason, you can disable the entire integration (remove the Property ID from BedBooking).
After deactivating the integration, you will be able to make changes to the rooms in BedBooking.
NOTE
After reactivating the integration, you will need to remap all rooms, regardless of the previous configuration.
Removing a room connected to Airbnb
To remove a room connected with Airbnb, simply disconnect it in the Airbnb integration settings in BedBooking.
📌 You don’t need to disconnect all rooms, unlike with Booking.com.
