Currently, the BedBooking app does not support group reservations as a single reservation assigned to multiple rooms at once.
However, you can manually add such a reservation by following the steps below:
Step-by-step: How to add a group reservation
1. Create a reservation in the selected room by clicking on the desired date in the calendar and filling in the reservation details.
2. Once the reservation is saved, open it and select the Copy option from the top menu.
3. Choose the other rooms where you want to copy the same reservation, then click Copy.
4. The reservation will be copied to the selected rooms:
📌 Each reservation created this way will be a separate reservation assigned independently to a specific room. They will not be linked together and must be managed individually (e.g., cancellation, editing guest details, etc.).
