Reservation conflicts can occur in the case of data transmission delays. This means that at least two reservations (one sent from the BedBooking calendar and the second reservation sent from Booking.com) will be assigned to the same date in the same room.
In this case, reservations sent from Booking.com have greater priority.
1. A reservation sent from BedBooking will be marked as "Cancelled".
2. A reservation sent from Booking.com will be added to BedBooking.
You are informed of such situations in the "Notification" panel. As a result, you can quickly handle a cancelled reservation.
What should I do to resolve this problem?
1. Transfer the cancelled reservation to another room that is available that day.
2. Change the status of the reservation.
