1. Click the synchronization error notification: Main menu > Notifications (bell icon).
2. The Synchronization history screen will appear.
3. Open the error details by clicking More information - the synchronization error message will be displayed.

- An error may appear with the Booking.com reservation ID.
- In this case, the system did not add the reservation automatically, and you need to update the calendar manually.
