Synchronization error in Notifications - what to do?

If a synchronization error appears in the BedBooking app and you see an error notification in the notification bar, you can follow a few steps to identify and resolve the issue.

Check the error details in the synchronization history

1. Click the synchronization error notification: Main menu > Notifications (bell icon).

2. The Synchronization history screen will appear.

3. Open the error details by clicking More information - the synchronization error message will be displayed.

Typical cases of synchronization errors

Reservation import

  • An error may appear with the Booking.com reservation ID.
  • In this case, the system did not add the reservation automatically, and you need to update the calendar manually.
  • The issue may have resulted from previous problems on the Booking.com side.

Price and availability export

  • In some situations, synchronization of prices and availability may fail.
  • An error may occur if there is an incorrect property connection on the Booking.com side, while the property still exists in BedBooking.
  • In this case, it is necessary to re-save the prices in the account.

Airbnb synchronization

  • The error may be due to limited availability of the Airbnb API.
