You don't have to worry - any additional subscription purchase on an account with active access is not lost. The system will automatically extend the expiry date of your paid plan by the period purchased.
How it works
If your account already has an active subscription and you decide to purchase another plan (for example, due to a mistake, auto-renewal or deliberate renewal), the new period is added to the current one - not replaced.
-
The new payment does not reset the current period - it is added to it.
-
This is all done automatically - you don't need to contact us unless you want to clarify something or verify your details.
Example:
-
You have an active subscription with an expiry date of 30 June 2026.
-
You purchase another plan for a period of 1 month.
-
The system will extend your subscription until 30 July 2026.
Note for future reference:
If you are using auto-renewal in Google Play or the App Store and plan to buy new access manually via our form, please make sure you cancel your renewal in the shop beforehand - this will avoid unnecessary duplication of subscriptions.
