I can't log in. How can I resolve a problem with logging in?

If you have a problem logging into BedBooking, please go through the following steps to quickly resolve the situation.

1. Check that you are entering your login and password correctly

The most common causes of login problems are typos and misspelled data.

Pay special attention to:

  • e-mail address (login) - make sure it is complete and without unnecessary characters,

  • password - check for errors and make sure you haven't accidentally added spaces at the beginning or end.

Examples of commonly confused characters:

  • "0" (zero) and "O" (capital letter O),

  • "q" (e.g. "queue") and "g" (e.g. "guitar"),

2. Don't remember your password?

Use the password reset form:

IMPORTANT

  • The email with the password reset link may take up to 10 minutes to arrive - also check your SPAM and Offers folders.

  • Use only the latest password reset link you receive - older links may no longer be active, as each newly generated link, deactivates the earlier one.
