Changing the limit on the number of rooms in your BedBooking account

How do I increase the room limit in my BedBooking account?

If you would like to increase the number of rooms available in your BedBooking account, please contact our support team via the contact form.

What happens when the limit is increased?

If you have an active subscription for a certain room limit and decide to upgrade to a higher package:

  • the subscription duration will be automatically recalculated according to the new, higher package price.

What should be included in the message?

To ensure we can make the change efficiently, please include the following in your message:

1. The login (email address) assigned to your BedBooking account.

2. The new number of rooms you wish to manage.

3. Consent to shorten your current subscription in accordance with the new package pricing.

📌 The message must be sent from the email address assigned to the account being changed.

Message Example:

Would you like to upgrade your package from 1–3 rooms to 4–10 for the account Samplelogin@domain.com? Your message should look like this:


Subject: Package Change - Increased Room Limit
Content:

1. Login: Samplelogin@domain.com

2. Number of rooms: 9

3. I consent to the recalculation and possible shortening of my subscription period in accordance with the price of the new package.

Once we receive your message, we will recalculate your current subscription, activate your selected package with the new room limit, and send you a confirmation email.

You can always verify your current license information in the BedBooking app under the Active services tab.
