Various symbols and labels appear in the Price list to help you understand what is happening with specific prices. In this article, we will explain what these labels in the Price list symbolize. This will give you better insight into price management at your accommodation property.
1. Days with unfilled prices
Days with unfilled prices are those for which prices have not yet been entered. This means that those days are not available for booking; in other words, they are closed due to the lack of a price at which they could be sold.
To set prices, simply click the appropriate field in the price grid that corresponds to the room and the day for which you want to set the rate. After clicking, you will be taken to a panel where you can enter the nightly price, set availability restrictions (e.g., minimum length of stay on the arrival day, blocking check-in), and specify the dates for which these settings apply.
The exception is Booking.com dependent plans, whose price is calculated automatically based on the parent plan (independent), not based on manually entering a price for a given day.
2. Reservations
The Reservations labels in the Price list indicate that accommodation reservations have already been made for those dates. Their source is not marked, meaning whether they are direct reservations, the Reservation System, Booking.com, or Airbnb. This is a useful tool for effectively managing availability and prices. It allows you to see where there are gaps between reservations, which means those days are difficult to sell. This is an excellent opportunity to offer promotional prices and optimize revenue for your accommodation property.
3. Days with missing prices
The Days with missing prices labels in the Price list are marked in red and indicate that action is required because that day has been closed and cannot be booked due to partially incomplete prices.
This happens when prices for a given day were previously filled in, and then a new pricing option was added in the Price list settings, e.g., Weekend price. In such a case, the price field for the new option is empty, which means it needs to be filled in.
To resolve this issue, simply click the date with the red label and fill in the missing prices for the new pricing option, e.g., enter a weekend price. Only then will that day be unlocked and reservations for that period will be possible.
The exception is Booking.com dependent plans, whose price is calculated based on the parent plan (independent). If prices are missing, the fields in the price grid will simply be empty, without the red highlight.
4. Days with limited availability
Light green bars for Days with limited availability in the Price list mean that availability restrictions have been set for that day, e.g., Minimum length of stay on the arrival day.
To learn more about the availability restrictions that apply on a given day, simply:
1. Hover your mouse cursor over the given day and hold it there for 2 seconds, which will display a price preview along with the set availability restrictions (option available only in desktop view).

2. Click the given day to go to price and availability restriction editing, where you will be able to check and adjust the availability restriction settings.
5. Important day: How to mark special dates?
The Important day label in the Price list allows you to quickly mark the entire day and is useful for highlighting important events or occasions that may affect the accommodation price. For example, when a large event or concert is taking place nearby, you can mark that day as an Important day and set a higher nightly price.
When you mark an Important day, the entire column in the price grid for all rooms will be highlighted with gray bars. This allows you to quickly see which days are important and may require adjusting prices and conditions.
To use this feature, simply click the given date, and the entire day will be marked in the price grid. You can then adjust the price and conditions for that special day to make the most of the event-related potential.
