What are BedBooking prices?
The Price list in the BedBooking app is the place where you can manage prices across different sales channels, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or the BedBooking Reservation System. Each of these places has its own rates at which your accommodations are offered.
BedBooking prices are the prices at which your accommodations are offered in the BedBooking Reservation System . These prices are also used to calculate the booking amount that you add manually to the BedBooking calendar.
The Price list includes the Commission and availability feature, which automates the management of Airbnb and Booking.com prices based on BedBooking prices. All you need to do is set the commission amounts by which BedBooking prices should be increased, and the system will automatically recalculate rates for the Airbnb and Booking.com portals. This means that you can adjust only BedBooking prices in the Price list, and Commission and availability will automatically manage prices on these portals based on the commissions and BedBooking prices you selected.
Are BedBooking prices sent to Booking.com and Airbnb?
By default, the BedBooking Price list has separate prices for Booking.com and for Airbnb, independent of BedBooking prices. They are imported into the BedBooking Price list when a connection with a given portal is created.
Airbnb offers and Booking.com rate plans have their own rows in the BedBooking Price list, which can be seen by expanding a given room on the price grid. You can manually edit Airbnb and Booking.com prices or use Commission and availability to automate and simplify rate management on these portals.
Keep in mind, however, that dependent plans from Booking.com (managed on the Extranet side, not in BedBooking) are based on the standard price for Booking.com, and Commission and availability does not apply to them. Dependent plans will be visible on the price grid under the independent plan on which they are based.
