The Price list grid in the Set prices window includes a list of rooms. Clicking on each of these rooms opens the room edit window in the Price list. It allows you to edit certain settings related to the Airbnb offer and Booking.com rate plans that are connected to that room. These settings concern individual Commission and availability, the Airbnb extra guest fee, and Booking.com occupancy-based pricing rules.
If you cannot open the room edit window in the Price list, it means that the room is not connected to either Airbnb or Booking.com.
If you cannot edit the individual Commission and availability settings because it has the label: Enabled and the fields for setting the commission amount are inactive, it means that you have global Commission and availability enabled in that sales channel. If you want more flexibility in setting commissions by using individual Commission and availability, you must first disable global Commission and availability, which is described in the article Global Commission and availability.
IMPORTANT
Any modifications regarding Commission and availability in the room edit window in the Price list apply only to Booking.com independent plans. Dependent plans are calculated automatically based on the rates of independent plans.
