BedBooking price management is handled through the Price list, which takes the form of a price grid. Each row corresponds to one room, and each column corresponds to the day on which the set rates apply. You can edit prices for one room for one day, as well as edit prices for multiple rooms for any selected periods all at once.
1. Go to the Price list section in the menu, then click the Set prices tab.
2. Click the field corresponding to the room and day for which you want to edit prices.
The price grid takes the form of a table that contains fields corresponding to each room and day. To open the price editing window, click any field in the grid. The price editing window will show prices for the day and room corresponding to the clicked field; the window allows you to change the dates and rooms where you are making changes.
3. Select the dates for which you want to apply the new prices.
If the desired date range does not run day by day but instead consists of several periods (e.g. the first week of July and the first week of August), you can add multiple date ranges by clicking the Another date range button. Each date range must have a start date and an end date.
4. Select the rooms where you want to apply the new prices.
You can change prices in several rooms at once provided that the rooms have the same capacity and any additional beds.
5. Set BedBooking prices.
Depending on the customization of your Price list, the price editing window may have different fields to fill in. To learn more about price customization options, read the article Price customization.
6. Set BedBooking availability restrictions.
Customization of the BedBooking Price list allows you to enable the option to add availability restrictions for given dates. This allows, for example, blocking guest arrivals on specific days without blocking the possibility of a reservation continuing during that period, or for example setting a minimum length of stay. 7. Save the changes.
IMPORTANT
Remember that changes in the Price list will also affect dependent Booking.com plans, because their price is calculated based on the standard price. After saving the new prices, verify whether your dependent plans for Booking.com have the rates you want.
