The BedBooking application is divided into 26 different permissions. They are designed to hide or display a particular functionality, depending on what you want to share or hide from your employees.
List of currently available permissions:
Premium
Determines whether the employee has access to purchase or renew the Premium package directly in the app.
Reservation Search
Determines whether the employee has access to the booking calendar search engine.
Room management
Determines whether an employee has the ability to add or edit accommodation units (e.g., rooms, apartments, cottages) to the BedBooking system.
Synchronization with Sales Channels
Determines whether synchronization information with available sales channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, iCalendar) will be displayed in the Notifications tab.
Adding and editing reservations
Determines whether an employee will be able to add a reservation to the BedBooking system via the reservation calendar. This permission also determines whether the employee can edit already existing reservations in the calendar.
If you set this permission, the permissions will automatically be set as well:
- Reservation form preview
- Personal data of guests
- Invoices and bills
Reservation form preview
Determines whether the employee will be able to access the view of the reservation form but cannot edit anything in it. The form is displayed for preview only.
If you disable this permission, the permissions will also be automatically disabled:
- Adding and editing reservations
Personal data of the guests
Determines whether the employee will be shown the personal data of guests saved when adding reservations to the calendar. The data is displayed in several places in the application, including on the reservation in the calendar, in the Tasks tab and in the generated reports.
If you disable this permission, the permissions will be automatically disabled as well:

Reservation list
Determines whether the employee has access to the Reservation List tab in the Bookings section. This tab is displayed in the main menu and in Notifications.
Reservation system
Determines whether an employee has access to the Reservation System section. This tab allows you to configure the reservation system and the widget for the website or social media.
Export bookings
Determines whether the employee has access to the Export bookings tab in the Reports and Finance section. This tab allows you to export bookings for a given period to a CSV file.
Tasks - Departure and arrival
Determines whether the employee has access to the Tasks tab (available in Notifications). This tab will display information about reservations that check in or out of a stay.
Tasks - Cleaning
Determines whether the employee has access to the Tasks tab (available in Notifications). The tab will display information about the cleanliness status of the accommodation unit (room, apartment, cottage, etc.).
Tasks - Meals
Determines whether the employee has access to the Tasks tab (available in Notifications). The tab will display a list of meals for a given reservation.
Tasks - Lack of payment
Determines whether the employee has access to the Tasks tab (available in Notifications). The tab will display bookings with a status of "Lack of payment".
Clients
Determines whether the employee has access to the Customers tab in the Bookings section. The tab will display a list of all guests whose details have been entered in the reservation.
If you set this permission, the permissions will automatically be set as well:
- Personal data of the guests
Profile
Determines whether the employee has access to the Profile tab. The tab allows you to add data about your accommodation facility.
Prices and reservation restrictions
Determines whether the employee has access to the Set Prices tab in the Pricing section. The tab allows setting prices for specific accommodation units (rooms, apartments, cottages, etc.) in Bedbooking and Airbnb.
Price list settings
Determines whether the employee has access to the Configuration, Prepayment and Additional Services tabs in the Price list section. The tabs allow you to configure prices for additional services, prepayment and deposit, catering, and select a default currency.
Invoices and bills
Specifies whether the employee will be able to access the Open tab in the Invoices section and whether they will be able to add an invoice in the booking form. This option allows the employee to issue invoices and other cash documents.
Invoice and bill settings
Determines whether the employee will be able to access the Taxes and Tax Rates tabs in the Invoices section. These tabs allow you to configure tax rates.
Financial report
Determines whether the employee will be able to access the Statistics, Financial Report, Rooms Report, Local Tax report, Payment List, Registration Book tabs in the Reports and Finance section. These tabs allow you to view financial reports, rooms, payment lists and the check-in ledger.
Occupancy report
Determines whether an employee will be able to access the Occupancy Report tab in the Reports and Finance section. This tab allows you to view booking and occupancy charts and tables.
Sales channels
Determines whether an employee will be able to access the Sales Channels section. This section allows you to configure connections to Airbnb, Booking.com and iCalendar.
Global system settings
Determines whether the employee will be able to access the Settings or System Settings tab for the mobile application. This tab allows you to configure the general settings of the BedBooking app.
The changes made in Settings also have an effect on the Mobile application.
Message templates
Determines whether an employee will be able to access the Message Templates tab in the Bookings section. This tab allows you to configure and edit message templates for guests.
Permissions
Determines whether an employee will be able to access the Employees tab. This tab allows you to add, edit and delete employees in the BedBooking application.
