Employee Module allows you to choose six default roles that you can assign to your employee. These are:
- Administrator
- Cleaning service
- Investor
- Reception
- Full access
- Own
Each role has a default set of permissions, which you can leave or freely change as needed.
When you manually change the permissions, the role will be updated to the Own role.
1. Administrator
A role mainly involving setting up the BedBooking system (setting pricing, connecting to Airbnb, Booking.com, issuing checkout documents, system settings, exporting data from the application).
2. Cleaning service
Access is granted to functionality related to cleaning (insight into the Tasks tab and management of the cleanliness status of the room).
3. Investor
It has access to reports and statistics related to the operation of the accommodation facility.
4. Reception
It has functionalities related to creating reservations in the calendar, managing these reservations and contacting the customer as well as invoicing the stay.
5. Full access
Access to all functionality and data in the BedBooking application without limit.
6. Own
Ability to assign employees any permission.
