You can put the Reservation system widget from BedBooking on any website. It makes no difference whether it is a simple business card site, a blog, or an extensive site already connected to other systems. The only important thing is that the site meets current standards for mobile sites (you can check it, for example here). In addition, it should have an SSL certificate, i.e. a green padlock symbol next to its address in the browser. If your site was created after 2014 and is updated on a regular basis, then it most likely meets all the conditions to place a widget on it.
You can place the Reservation System widget on your site in two ways:
Method 1 - Pasting the code from the BedBooking app
It does not matter which widget you would like to place on your site, the principle of placing it is the same.
Placing a widget is not complicated or time-consuming. However, it requires a basic knowledge of how to operate websites. If you don't feel you can handle it yourself then outsource it to a specialist. Give the copied code to the person who creates or takes care of your website.
Step by step
1. Log in to the BedBooking application
2. Check that you have correctly set up everything that is required to run the reservation system.
3. Go to Reservation System tab.
4. Select the type of widget you want to put on your website.
5. Copy the code of the selected widget, preferably by clicking the Copy code button, then you can be sure that the code will be pasted completely.
6. Put the code in the right place on your website.
7. Check if the widget does not cover any important content on your website.
8. Publish your website according to the procedure by which it is updated.
From now on, any change in the Reservation system settings, such as a color change, will be immediately visible in the embedded widget without the need to enter a new code.
Method 2 - Installing a WordPress widget from BedBooking
In the WordPress Plugin browser, you can now choose a BedBooking widget, which is a part of the Reservation system. You can download it here.
