Properly set rates mean proper earnings. Remember to fill in accommodation prices in BedBooking before launching the new Reservation System.
The rates you enter will be visible to your Guests in the booking cart.
The final amount that your Guest will see before confirming the reservation will result from several settings in your Price list configuration in BedBooking.
The most important of these are setting amounts for individual rooms and dates on the price grid and restrictions. Detailed instructions for properly configuring the Price list and all available options can be found here.

Availability restrictions
This is personalization of booking options in your calendar, e.g. minimum length of stay, maximum booking lead time, etc. In our help articles, you can read more about Price personalization or Availability restrictions.
Prices depending on the number of guests
These are prices for partial occupancy in a given room. You can read more about these settings here.
Local tax
You will configure the value of this tax yourself, but remember to comply with applicable regulations. It will be displayed as a separate item or included in the price in the summary - depending on what you choose in the Price list Configuration. The Total item does not include the local tax; it is listed below.

Food pricing
If you include the meal price in the accommodation, the meal amount will not increase the total sum for the reservation.
If, on the other hand, you do not include it but set a price for meals, then your Guest will see each option you set, (e.g.BB - breakfast, HB - breakfast, dinner, FB - breakfast, lunch, dinner) along with its price and will be able to add it freely while making the reservation. Prepayment
If you decide that you would like to charge a prepayment or receive a deposit for the booked accommodation, you can set this in the Price list. Specify the percentage of the requested amount, and the number of days before the Guest's arrival when you would like to receive it. Read more about this functionality here.
Multi-reservation
It may happen that your Guest wants to book more than one room within a single reservation. In this case, all the rooms booked by them will appear in the summary as separate items, with appropriately assigned amounts for meals and other additional services.
