How can I configure connections between BedBooking and iCalendar?

Integrating BedBooking with iCalendar can be done on one's own. You don't need expert technical knowledge. It suffices to follow the instructions we have prepared.

How can I configure the connection between BedBooking and iCalendar?

STEP 1. Familiarize yourself with the basic information on integrating BedBooking with iCalendar. As a result, you will find out the following information:
- how often data synchronization occurs,
- if iCalendar meets your expectations.

STEP 2. Check if you have Premium access to the integration module for iCalendar. iCalendar is an additional service that doesn't form an integral part of the Premium package (only covering access to selected Android platforms, iOS).

Select iCalendar on the Premium order form and make your payment.

Do I have access to the iCalendar integration module during the (30 day) free trial period?
During the free trial period, you have free Premium access to the iCalendar integration module.

STEP 3. You need a Google account in order to integrate BedBooking with iCalendar.

Create a Google calendar for each room you want to sync. You will need public addresses in iCal format to configure import in the selected OTA portal.

Google accounts are available free of charge. Go to:

and create a Google account.

STEP 4. Log in to your BedBooking account and start the iCalendar integration creator.

STEP 5. In the integration creator:
a) log in to your Google account,
b) configure exports,
c) configure imports,
d) configure synchronization.

STEP 6. Log in to your account in the OTA portal you want you connect with BedBooking.

STEP 7. Configure (imports and exports) in the OTA portal.
