Rules for payment refunds and cancellation of BedBooking services

BedBooking provides flexible terms for cancellation of the BedBooking Plan services and refund of paid funds. Here's what you should know:

Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel the BedBooking Plan Services without giving any reason and get a full refund of the amounts paid within 14 days after activation of the BedBooking Plan Services.
  • To request a refund, please send a message to office@bed-booking.com or contact BedBooking by mail.
  • The refund will be made within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
  • After 14 days of activation, refunds are not given for:
    • unused service duration,
    • package upgrade,
    • package reduction.

Cancellation of the BedBooking Plan services

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
  • If the subscription was purchased through a third party (e.g., App Store, Google Play), cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement with that entity.
  • Upon cancellation of the subscription, BedBooking provides access to the BedBooking Plan Services until the end of the period for which the fee has already been paid.
