BedBooking provides flexible terms for cancellation of premium services and refund of paid funds. Here's what you should know:
Refunds
- You have the right to cancel Premium Services without giving any reason and get a full refund of the amounts paid within 14 days after activation of Premium Services.
- To request a refund, please send a message to office@bed-booking.com or contact BedBooking by mail.
- The refund will be made within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
- After 14 days of activation, refunds are not given for:
- unused service duration,
- package upgrade,
- package reduction.
Cancellation of Premium services
- Auto-renewable subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- If the subscription was purchased through a third party (e.g., App Store, Google Play), cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement with that entity.
- Upon cancellation of the subscription, BedBooking provides access to Premium Services until the end of the period for which the fee has already been paid.
