A VAT invoice for the purchase of a BedBooking Plan is issued and sent (to the email address indicated in the order form) automatically after the online payment is made.
If you have purchased a BedBooking Plan and your account has been topped up, but you have not received an invoice, then:
- Check the inbox for the email account you indicated in the BedBooking Plan purchase form (it may be a different email address than the one for which the account was created).
- Check the SPAM folder in the indicated inbox.
- If you were unable to find the invoice, please send us a message including:
- your BedBooking login (email address),
- information about your order,
This way, we will locate your purchase and clarify the problem with the invoice.
