Invoice for the purchase of Premium in BedBooking

A VAT invoice for the purchase of Premium is issued and sent (to the email address indicated in the order form) automatically after the online payment is made.

If you have made a Premium purchase and your account has been topped up, but you have not received an invoice, then:

  1. Check the inbox for the email account you indicated in the Premium purchase form (it may be a different email address than the one for which the account was created).
  2. Check the SPAM folder in the indicated inbox.
  3. If you were unable to find the invoice, please send us a message including:
    • your BedBooking login (email address),
    • information about your order,

This way we will locate your purchase and clarify the problem with the invoice.
