One of the payment methods for Plans in BedBooking is subscription. With this option, you gain access to our features for a specified period of time, and after it expires, your access will be automatically renewed without the need to make another payment.
How to purchase a BedBooking subscription?
1. Log in to your BedBooking account in your browser
2. Go to the Premium [1] tab
3. Select the Number of rooms [2] you want to manage in BedBooking
4. Select the Period [3] (Monthly, Annual, 2-year)
5. Decide and click on the Plan [4] you want to use
6. Proceed to the Data step and fill in the Order details [5].
7. Click Go to payment, then select your payment method and fill in the required details [6] to complete your purchase.
Please note that your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the selected period unless you cancel it.
How to manage your subscription?
1. Log in to your BedBooking account in your browser.
2. Go to the menu in the app.
3. Click on the Premium tab.
In the Premium tab, you will find details of your subscription, such as:
- Subscription status (whether it is active),
- Selected Plan,
- Subscription duration (from when to when),
- Amount and date of the next payment.
In the same place, you will also find the Cancel subscription option. If you want to cancel your subscription, click this button. Please note that after canceling your subscription, your Premium access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Next payment
The subscription payment will be charged 3 days before the end of the subscription period. Please note that even if the payment is not charged at that time, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
If the payment attempt fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds in your account), the subscription will not be automatically renewed for the next period. In this case, you will need to manually purchase the subscription again to continue using BedBooking's features.
Possible reasons for payment collection issues:
- insufficient funds in your account,
- exceeded card or account limit,
- your card does not support the currency,
- payment rejected by your bank due to suspicious activity.|
How do I switch to a subscription if I have a plan purchased through a one-time payment?
If you have previously purchased the Plan with a one-time payment and want to switch to a subscription, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your BedBooking account in your browser.
2. Go to the Premium tab and purchase a BedBooking subscription.
3. When your current one-time package expires, the subscription will be automatically activated and the Plan will remain available for the following months.
This way, you will not have to make another manual payment for your Plan, as the subscription will automatically renew for the selected period.

In addition to the BedBooking subscription, you also have other options for purchasing Plans. You can use:
- Purchase of Plans - Google Play (Android) – available on Google Play, with 1-month or 12-month packages.
- Purchase of Plans - iOS (iPhone/iPad) – available on the App Store, with 1-month or 12-month packages.
