Problem with purchasing a Plan via a browser (BedBooking website)

If you're trying to pay for a Plan directly through the BedBooking website and the payment was declined, the issue might be:

  • outdated card details (e.g. expired card),

  • incorrect card number or CVC code,

  • discrepancies in billing information (e.g. name mismatch with the bank),

  • technical issue - try using a different browser or device.

If everything looks fine with your bank, contact our support team and send a screenshot showing the error message.
