In BedBooking, we offer four flexible pricing plans: Lite, Plus, Pro, and Max, tailored to your real needs. This way, you don’t pay for features you don’t use, and you can easily upgrade when needed.

NOTES

  • API is available from the Max plan.

  • After purchasing a plan, the user can use the Setup Assistance service and schedule a meeting with technical support (in Polish or English).
    This service will be available in the web app right after purchasing the chosen plan. If you already have an active Plus, Pro, or Max plan, you will find the Setup Assistance button in the Help section of the menu, which starts the purchase process.

Enterprise Plan (50+ rooms)

If you manage more than 50 rooms, contact our team. We will prepare a customized offer based on one of the plans (Lite/Plus/Pro/Max) with the appropriate number of rooms Enterprise Package Purchase (more than 50 rooms).

Switching to new plans

  • Available to new users after implementing the new pricing model.

  • Available to existing users without an active Premium plan.
    If you are using the old plan (Premium All-in-one), you can still renew it. In the future, we will gradually migrate all accounts to the new pricing system.
