Invoice email template

In the Invoices module, you can edit the message template to which you attach an invoice or other sales documents. This is the message that is sent after clicking Send in the open document.

1. In BedBooking, open Menu -> Invoices.

2. In the Invoices module, select the Settings -> Account Settings menu.

3. Open the Invoice Sending section.

4. In the Invoice Sending section:

  • You can set additional email addresses to which the document message will be sent.

5. In the Sending an invoice by e-mail section:

  • You can edit the Email subject; after changing the template type to your own in the Email template kind field, you can also modify the content, where you can use variables such as {{number}}, {{document_type}}, {{total_price_gross}}, etc. We also suggest permanently enabling the Attach PDF option.

6. In the Unpaid Invoice section:

  • You can edit it similarly to the Sending an invoice by e-mail section, and additionally, you can choose whether to send this message automatically.

7. In the E-mail Footer section.

  • You can edit the footer that appears at the bottom of every message from the Invoices module.

8. Save the changes.
