The BedBooking app allows you to quickly communicate with your guests, through message templates. This allows you to set up the most needed communication with your guests and send them through your favorite tools such as Gmail, Outlook, SMS, or Skype.
How to send a message to visitors?
1. Open the reservation of the guest you want to contact and go to the Client tab:
2. Choose how you want to be contacted, by email [1] or text message [2]:
3. Select the template [3] and language version [4] you want to send:
You can also send a message without a template by selecting: Own message [3].
4. Click Send:
5. Choose with which application you want to send the message
The BedBooking application exclusively generates messages (email, SMS), which are then sent by your default program, which supports the given communication channel.
Example:
1. You want to email a guest using an Android phone. On this device, the default email client is Google Gmail.
2. In BedBooking, you click the option to send a message template. Google Gmail automatically opens with the title and content of the message filled in.
3. In Gmail, you click the option to send a message. The client receives the message from your email address (so it can write back directly to your email address).
