Activities in BedBooking are a space that helps with the property's daily work organization. Thanks to this feature, you have a quick overview of the most important events and obligations of the day, without having to consult the entire calendar.
What will you find in the Activities tab?
This section displays the list of today's activities, which includes:
- Arrival - list of reservations starting today
- Departure - list of reservations ending today
- Missing payment - reservations for which payment has not yet been settled
- Room cleaning - information about which rooms require cleaning/towel replacement/bed linen replacement
How to use the Activities feature?
1. Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner of the application, then click Activities.
2. Check the list of activities: from this level, you can also check guests in/check them out [1], mark the room as cleaned [2], and change the reservation status [3]
