No Business Profile on Google:
- No Company Profile on Google:
- Check if your property has a Business Profile on Google. If not, set up a Business Profile here: Google Business Profile.

Data inconsistency:
- Make sure the property's data in the BedBooking system matches the data in the Business Profile on Google.
- Check details such as the property name, address, phone and other contact information.

Incomplete data in BedBooking:
- Go to the Profile tab in BedBooking and make sure that all the required information about the property is completed.
- Missing data may prevent the property from being correctly linked to your Google Business Profile

Technical problems:
- Sometimes the problem may lie on Google's side. If this is the case, it is advisable to wait a few days and try again.
- If the problem persists, contact BedBooking technical support.
What to do in case of an error?
- Check the details of the property, especially the address, in the Profile window in BedBooking and in the Business Profile in Google and make sure they match.
- If you don't have a Business Profile in Google, set one up and wait at least 3 business days for Google to try again to connect your Reservation System with Google Hotel.
