BedBooking integration with Google Hotels

To enable Google Hotels integration in the BedBooking Reservation system, you must meet a few fundamental conditions:

  1. BedBooking's Reservation system in operation
Your property must use the BedBooking Reservation System, which allows you to accept reservations online.
  2. Google Business Profile
You must have a Google Business Profile, which allows your facility to be displayed in Google search results and on Google Maps. You can set up a Google Business Profile here: Google Business Profile
  3. Property criteria
Make sure your property meets the following criteria to be connected to Google Hotel:
    1. Front Office: The facility must have a reception area where guests can come from the street without prior reservation. The property must have a person who welcomes guests on site, such as the owner, manager or receptionist.
    2. Minimum length of stay: Not to exceed 7 days.
    3. Permanent walls and plumbing: The facility must have permanent walls and plumbing, i.e., access to water and sewage.

  4. Completion of data about the property in the BedBooking profile
Make sure that all the information about your property is correctly completed in the Profile window in BedBooking. The Google Hotels integrator in BedBooking will check this information and ask you to complete specific fields if necessary. Key information includes:
  • Property name
  • Address
  • Contact information

Configuring integration with Google Hotels in BedBooking

If you meet all the above requirements, you can proceed to configure the integration with Google Hotels in BedBooking:

  • In the BedBooking application menu, enter the Reservation system Configuration window.
  • Go to the Google Hotels tab.
  • Press Publish property on Google Hotels
  • Check “I confirm that my property meets the above conditions” and then press Publish property.

The publication process takes about 3 business days. After this time, your property will be published on Google Hotels and become visible in Google search results and on the Google Travel map.
