Long stay price is a function that allows you to adjust prices depending on the length of the reservation. This is a useful tool for accommodation owners who want to offer attractive prices to guests booking for a longer period, encouraging them to choose a longer stay. By enabling this option, you can set other prices that will apply only to reservations for the specified period of time or longer.
How to set the Long stay price:
1. Go to the Price list section in the menu and then click on the Configuration tab or click on the Settings button in the Set prices tab.
2. Click on the Prices tab.
3. Enable the Long stay price option by checking the appropriate button in the price customization list.
Then enter the number of days you want this setting to apply to.
Example:
If you enter 7 days, you will be able to set separate prices for bookings of exactly 7 days or longer. However, remember that the price is per day, not for the entire stay.
4. Save your changes.
After activating the Long stay price option, this option becomes available in the price editing window in your Price list.
5, Set Long stay price.
Go to the price grid in your Price list and adjust prices depending on the length of your reservation. You can set lower prices for reservations lasting longer than your set period, which may encourage guests to choose a longer stay
Attention: If you have previously entered prices into your Price list and later added the Long stay price option, the dates will be blocked until new prices are added. Dates that require your action will be marked in red on the pricing grid.
If you have already set Long stay price and later added the option Weekend price or Occupancy-based price or Short Stay Price or Children's price, the dates will be blocked until the prices for the above options. Dates that require your action will be marked in red on the pricing grid.

How to turn off Long stay price?
To disable Long stay price, go to Price List Settings, find the Pricing tab and then Long stay price in the price customization list. Uncheck the button and save your changes.
Previously entered Long stay price will be deleted.
