In the BedBooking Price list, price management is simple and convenient. Just a few steps are enough to adjust prices to your needs and send them to all sales channels from one place.
Step 1: Settings and customization of the Price list
Go to your pricing settings to enable and customization additional features.
By customization prices, you can adapt them to different needs, for example set different prices for weekends, prices for children or prices depending on the number of people. You will learn more about this in the article How to customize and use price customization options?.
Another useful feature in Price list management is the ability to set availability restrictions. For example, you can set a minimum length of stay or block check-in on certain days. You can find more information about this in the article How to take advantage of availability restrictions?.
Price customization and enabling availability restrictions add additional fields to the price edit window. Thanks to them, you can easily set prices and availability limits for specific rooms and dates.
Step 2: Enable commission for Booking.com and/or Airbnb
If you are connected to Booking.com and/or Airbnb, "Commission and Availability" is a feature that may be very useful to you. Thanks to it, you can automatically increase prices, e.g. by the amount of commission charged by these portals. Additionally, chosen restrictions will also be sent to these portals.

Step 3: Complete the prices
Click on a specific day in the price grid for a given room. A price editing window will open, where you can adjust prices and availability restrictions for the selected dates. You can learn more about setting prices in the article How to manage BedBooking prices?.
