Step 1: Open the Additional Services window
In the application menu, find the Price list tab and then click Additional services.
Step 2: Add a new service
In the Additional services section, find the Add service button and click it.
Step 3: Complete the service details
Now a form will appear where you can specify details about the service. Enter a name for the service, for example, Cleaning Fee. Then decide whether this applies to all rooms or just selected ones. If you want the fee to be mandatory, select the appropriate option.
Step 4: Choose your settlement method
This is a crucial step. Choose how you want to settle the cleaning fee. You can choose, for example, a fee per person, per day, or a one-time option for the entire stay. Enter the fee amount.
Step 5: Save

How do I add a cleaning fee to Airbnb and Booking.com?
You can add your Booking.com cleaning fee on your property's Booking.com Extranet. This must be added as an additional fee as described in the article Manage service fees.
You can add your Airbnb cleaning fee directly in the BedBooking app. In accordance with Article, How do I change the room rate on Airbnb? select Airbnb from the BedBooking application menu. Then click on the pencil icon, next to the room where you want to add a cleaning fee. In the Prices tab, there is a Cleaning fee field where you can enter the amount to be charged from your guests for cleaning. These steps should be repeated for each room.
