Need to change the email address you use to log in to BedBooking? Learn how to change username/login in the article below.
To make a login change, contact us via the contact form:
In the message give us:
- current login (email address),
- new login (email address).
This message must be sent from the email address assigned to the BedBooking account whose login you want to modify.
Once you have changed your login, you will receive a confirmation message from us.
Once you receive the confirmation, log out of the BedBooking application, and then log back in using your new login.
What happens if you do not change your login to the new one in the app?
Reservations added on a device that has not been re-logged in will not be synchronized. When you try to synchronize, the app will display an error.
