BoxBuy is an external service that allows hotels and accommodation facilities to offer their guests, among other things, breakfast and other meal orders, which are processed directly by BoxBuy. The system works on the basis of QR codes and dedicated links, and the entire process of order processing, preparation, and delivery is carried out by BoxBuy.
The integration of BedBooking with BoxBuy allows you to connect your BedBooking account with the BoxBuy service and make it available to your guests.
How to start integrating BoxBuy with BedBooking?
Integration is quick and limited to connecting accounts. All further configuration takes place on the BoxBuy side.
Step 1. Go to Sales Channels
Log in to your BedBooking account, then:
1. Go to Sales Channels in the menu on the left.
2. Select BoxBuy from the list of available integrations.
Step 2. Connect BedBooking with BoxBuy
After opening BoxBuy integration:
- Click the Connect with BoxBuy button.
This is the only action required on the part of BedBooking - after clicking, you will be automatically redirected to BoxBuy.
Step 3. Log in or create an account on BoxBuy
After being redirected, the BoxBuy website will open, where you can:

log in to your existing BoxBuy account
or - register a new account if you do not already have one.
You can change to English version of BoxBuy in the top right corner.
After logging in, BoxBuy will ask you to authorize the connection with BedBooking.
What happens after connecting accounts?
The connection between your BedBooking and BoxBuy accounts will be created automatically, and all further configuration will take place on the BoxBuy side.
This means that:
- offer configuration,
- meal settings,
- order fulfillment rules,
- guest service
are managed directly in the BoxBuy panel. BedBooking acts as an integration enabling the connection of systems.
Key information
- Integration requires only clicking Connect with BoxBuy in BedBooking.
- Registration and configuration take place on the BoxBuy side.
- BedBooking does not interfere with BoxBuy offer settings.
