Why is support so slow?

That doesn't change the fact that some explanation is in order, as current situation is definitely not ordinary.
Last week we've made some significant changes to the app, as well as subscriptions, that mostly affected our long-time community members. This has caused a need for additional support and tailored assistance with some functionalities' setup, the number of messages completely exceeded our expectations.
We continue working through all requests to make sure everyone receives a reply as soon as possible, but the response time is currently clearly extended. I know this situation is frustrating and I want to apologise for the inconvenience this situation has caused.Comment actions
