If you have an active session (you are logged into the BedBooking app) and you are logged out of it, it may mean that:
- The administrator of the BedBooking system (the owner of the accommodation facility or his/her designee for granting permissions) has deleted your account.
- The BedBooking system administrator (the owner of the accommodation facility or his/her designee for granting permissions) has changed your permissions. In this case, log in to the application again
- The BedBooking system administrator (the owner of the accommodation facility) has expired the premium package. In this case, it is not possible to use the permissions system.
If you have verified the above suggestions and still cannot find the reason why you were automatically logged out of the application, please contact us - support@bed-booking.com.
