The Ancillary Data module is a set of key indicators that show the health of your facility.
It consists of:
-
Number of reservations
The number of bookings that fall within your selected time period..
-
Booking Window
The average period between the start of the booking and the date of the reservation. Allows you to see with what average advance notice your guests book accommodations at your property.
-
Number of canceled reservations
The number of bookings that fell within your selected time period, but were canceled. -
RevPAR
Revenue per Available Room, which is one of the most important indicators in the short-term rental industry. It is the average revenue per room per night in your property. It is dependent on occupancy. If occupancy in your room was low, RevPAR will also be lower.
RevPAR = income in the selected period / (number of rooms * number of nights in the selected period).
-
ADR
Average Daily Rate, which is another key indicator for your property. This is the average price per night you sold during the selected time period. Unlike RevPAR, it is independent of occupancy, so only dates with reservations are used to calculate it.
ADR = revenue in the selected period / total number of nights of reservations falling within the selected period
-
Average booking length
Sometimes known as LOS, or Length of Stay. This is the average length of all bookings that fell within your selected period.
