How do I change the room price on Airbnb?

There are two ways to change your Airbnb room price.

The first way is to change the base price and the weekend price. These are the prices that fill Airbnb's price list by default, if there are no manually filled-in prices in the price list. To change the basic and weekend price, go to Menu -> Integrations -> Airbnb.

If you are already logged in to BedBooking to Airbnb, the Connecting rooms window will open.

To enter the Airbnb room edit window, click on the Gray Pencil icon. If the room in which we want to change the prices has the Green Plus icon on the right, it means that it is not connected.

To connect an Airbnb room with a BedBooking room, you must go through the integration process, which is described in the AIRBNB - CONFIGURATION CONFIGURATION section.

In the Airbnb room edit window, the first tab is the Prices tab.

There is a Base Price field, which is responsible for all prices in the price list on dates that did not have manually set prices. Enter an integer in it from $ 10 to $ 25,000.

If your Airbnb room has a currency other than USD, then this range will need to be converted to your currency.

The second field is the Weekend price, which is responsible for all prices in the price list on Saturday and Sunday on dates that did not have manually set prices. If this field is left blank, then the price list will be supplemented with the basic price on Saturday and Sunday.

You must also type an integer between $ 10 and $ 25,000 in the Weekend Price field. If your Airbnb room has a currency other than USD, then this range will need to be converted to your currency.

Then save the prices by pressing the Save button.

The second way to change the price of a room on Airbnb is to manually change the price for the time you choose. To do this, go to the menu tab Price list and then press Set prices.

A window with a price grid will then open. The price grid has two tabs - BedBooking and Airbnb. If you have Airbnb syncing turned on, clicking on the Airbnb tab will open the Airbnb room price grid.

On the left is a list of BedBooking rooms that have been linked to Airbnb. On the right is the price grid for Airbnb. By clicking on any rectangle in the price grid, the Airbnb room edit window will open.

To change the price, you need to select the date on which the price will be valid. Then complete the Price per day field. This is the price that will be valid for each day of the selected dates.

Enter a range between $10 and $25,000 in this field. If your Airbnb room has a currency other than USD, then this range will need to be converted to your currency.

Then save the changes by clicking the Save button.
